All demanufacturing services are subject to the availability of open
capacity within our facilities and the design specifications of our
state-of-the-art equipment.
GreenSafe may, from time to time, increase or decrease the spectrum
of unwanted appliances, electronics and other goods that the Company
offers to demanufacture.
Further, the availability of any and all demanufacturing services is
subject to various federal and provincial/state laws.
Patronage Dividend
In recognition
of the commitment made by manufacturers, retailers and waste
management operators to the sound, environmental demanufacturing
processes offered by GreenSafe, we will financially acknowledge
these suppliers for choosing either a 10 year or 20 year contracts.
The amount of
the patronage dividend changes annually based on a number of factors
such as the revenue that we receive for the premium quality
by-products that GreenSafe sells; transportation costs and
investments in new technology.
For contracts
executed during 2010, the expected patronage dividend for material
on a dollars per tonne basis received at a GreenSafe plant during
the 2010 fiscal year will be:
